Level IV is a compilation of the "Rules" that are needed in order to analyze the equation. Dr. Reams states on page 87 of "Choose Life or Death", "Every rule must be memorized and known as the multiplication table is known". Once you learn the "rules" the equation will actually talk to you. This Level is a must for any serious student of the RBTI. This is the only book in the world that lists the "Rules".
